Alexander started in investment banking and subsequently embarked on an entrepreneurial path at a Swiss multinational in growth and restructuring roles in China and Europe. Lastly, he invested in and developed the European business of a leading health-tech scale-up. He holds a Diploma from University of St. Gallen

Marius started in consulting, focusing on turnaround and restructuring projects. In his last role at a family holding, he initially developed investments and later took over the operational management of a platform that he set up. He holds a M.Sc. from EBS Business School.

Markus has started his career in private equity and later switched to an operational role. During the last 10 years he served in CFO roles for PE backed firms in buy-and-build, restructuring and strategic refocusing situations. He holds a Diploma and a PhD from EBS Business School.

Mai started as an entrepreneur in functional beverages before moving into investing. For the past 9 years, he has focused on the ag-food value chain through a leading Dutch investment bank and a UK private equity firm. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering and an M.Sc. in Management in Life Sciences from Wageningen University.

Niklas started in strategy consulting, advising clients in the health care sector. Afterwards, he spent 8 years with different private equity firms and completed transactions in a diverse set of industries. He holds a M.Sc. from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Leon started in investment banking, advising DACH and Nordic-based clients on a range of transactions over more than 4 years before joining Carbyne Partners. He holds a B.Sc. from Maastricht University and an M.Sc. from Rotterdam University.

Bosse started his career in investment banking, working on transactions across Europe and the UK. Subsequently, he held an entrepreneurial role and worked in private equity prior to joining Carbyne. He holds a B.Sc. from Maastricht University and an M.Sc. from London School of Economics.

Marina started her career in the tourism industry, taking on team‑leading and customer‑oriented roles in Greece, Austria, and Germany, where she cultivated strong interpersonal skills. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
