4. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our contact forms from automated abuse (spam and bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
When you submit a form, Turnstile may collect and transmit the following data to Cloudflare: your IP address and browser/device information (such as user agent, screen properties, and interaction patterns). Cloudflare uses this data solely to determine whether the submission originates from a human or a bot. No cookies are set and no user profiles are created.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in protecting the security and integrity of our web forms.
International transfer: Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides adequate safeguards for the transfer of personal data to the United States.

5. No Transfer to Third Parties
No personal data is transferred to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
With the exception of Cloudflare Turnstile (see section 4), the website does not use external services hosted by third parties (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
Audience data is processed via Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool operated by a contracted data processor. The data is stored exclusively on servers located in Switzerland.
